* Until further notice.
* At 11:00 am Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet... and rising.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast... rise to 16.1 feet Monday evening.
* Impact... at 16 feet... water affects low lying buildings and homes
in Montrose and Niota.
