Issued by the National Weather Service at 8:19 PM CDT on March 19, 2010
The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Valley City
* until further notice.
* At 7:00 PM Friday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 17.2 feet Sunday morning then begin
falling.
* Impact... at 14.0 feet... Road to norbut fish and wildlife area flooded.
