Through 500 am...heavy rain will continue to move inland over the Outer Banks and eastern counties of Tyrrell...and Mainland Dare and Hyde. Occasional thunder will be possible...but primarily look for heavy rainfall around one to two inches per hour. These showers will impact Ocracoke...Cape Hatteras...Engelhard...Gum Neck....Manteo...and surrounding areas.
