... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EDT this
afternoon...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EDT this
afternoon.

Periods of rain will continue across most of the area this
morning... with a mix of rain... sleet... and snow above 1500
feet. Valley locations... such as Oneonta... Walton... Delhi...
and Hancock will remain mostly rain through the night. However
accumulating snow can be expected at elevations greater than 1500
feet above sea level... with 2 to 5 inches of snow possible above
2000 feet.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
