* Flood Advisory for
the Ohio River at Pittsburgh.
* Until late Wednesday night.
* At 10pm Tuesday the stage was 17.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 18.2 feet by Friday
afternoon.
* Impact... at 18.0 feet... water begins to flow onto the Monongahela
parking wharf
