Light rain showers were moving east northeast across northwest Pennsylvania...and will continue to slowly spread east towards Potter...Tioga...Lycoming and Sullivan counties. A second area of rain showers was sliding north from south central Pennsylvania. Steady showers are expected to overspread much of the region later this morning.
