The coastal Flood Warning is now in effect until 2 am EDT
Wednesday.

Freshwater input and positive tidal departures in the the tidal Potomac
will be great enough to sustain moderate coastal flooding in
Washington DC through the evening.

The next high tide along the Potomac River at key bridge is 10:08
PM.
